If you are having trouble purchasing online, or need a special service that is not supported by our e-shop, you can contact us directly at irsales@mightyzap.com to process the order.
The offline ordering process allows you to:
- Get a Proforma invoice by e-mail for payment
- Use your own shipping account. (Otherwise, we can include shipping cost calculated by our rate on the proforma invoice.)
- Pay the order amount by bank transfer (Upon request, Paypal is also acceptable)
- Discuss split shipment and payment
- Get a commercial invoice when we ship the order
- Get necessary technical advice
- Other special request
