17Lf Servo Series
17Lf Servo Series
The new mightyZAP servo series with a 17mm diameter motor which improve durability. Provide faster speed under the same rated load specification comparing to the 12Lf series. Overall functionality is almost same as the 12Lf series, but only RS-485 communication and MODBUS RTU protocol are provided, and user expandability has been improved with the expansion I/O port.

12Lf Servo Series
The 2nd Generation of mightyZAP actuators supporting position, current and speed control. Both MODBUS RTU & IR Open Protocols available.

12Df/D12/D7 Servo Series
An economical model powered by a cost-effective cored DC motor. Available only with a 26 mm stroke.
- 12Df : Supports position, current, and speed control—equivalent to the 12Lf model. Compatible with MODBUS RTU and IR Open Protocol.
- D12 / D7: Position control only, with IR Open Protocol support.

12L/12D NANO / MINI Limit Switch Series
Simple linear operation via built-in limit switches without drive circuit & potentiometer.

Board
Here are dedicated boards for 12Lf, L12, D12, D7 series servo actuators.
The mightyZAP linear servo actuator operates by receiving communication commands from various customer’s controllers (PC, PLC, Embedded Board, etc.). If you do not have a controller, you can control actuator by our several different control boards. All boards have built-in basic programs for immediate use, and also they can be programmed by users.
The IR-USB02 is not a controller, but a USB to RS-485 / TTL converter that can be used with a PC. It is highly recommended to purchase this board when your first purchase of actuators as you can set various parameters, test the motion, update the firmware, and do a simple diagnosis for the actuator on our dedicated Manager software.
