• All repair activities for mightyZAP servo actuator & related parts should be processed in the headquarter in Korea to give you better technical service.  Normally, it will take 1~2 working days to complete repair and issue the repair report. 
• Repair labour cost, parts cost (except DC motor cost due to high cost) and return shipping cost by EMS to customers are free of charge regardless of the cause of problem as long as customer delivers the product prepaid to our address in Korea described below.
• To prevent further problem in future, we shares our repair report along with estimated cause of problem and customer should check their application to prevent same problem in future.  If the same problem occurs repeatedly, repairs are available at cost.
• Please contact us at cs@mightyzap.com to get a RMA number first.  Repair request without RMA number to be rejected.
