IR-USB03
- This USB to RS-485, half-duplex TTL converter serves as an interface between the PC and the actuator. After connecting to a PC, the following functions can be implemented using our Total Manager PC software:
- Operating parameter settings
- Storage memory settings
- Motion testing
- Real-time monitoring of key parameters
- Error display settings
- System initialization
- Firmware updates, etc.
Main Features
The IR-USB03 is a new PC USB Interface board that replaces the old IR-USB02, making it a must-have accessory for mightyZAP users.
This USB to RS-485 (or half duplex TTL) converter board connects the mightyZAP actuator to a PC and user is also able to utilize Total Manager PC software. This software allows users to perform intuitive parameter settings, data monitoring, motion testing, and future firmware updates.
It has the same features as the old IR-USB02, but includes the following improvements and added features:
• USB Type-C connector
• Engineering plastic hard case (mountable)
• Terminating resistor (120 ohm)
• Enhanced electrical protection circuit
Motor input power must be supplied separately through the power terminal of IR-USB03, matching the voltage of the purchased mightyZAP servo actuators (7.4V or 12V or 24V).
Both half duplex TTL and RS-485 communication are supported.
