Shipping & Return

Here are general information for your order and return process.

We always has sufficient stock of semi-completed products and production to be started upon order.
For small sample orders below 20pcs, we can ship them within a week upon payment.
For larger order, you can refer to ourstandard lead time.
We can discuss detailed information about possible shipping date by e-mail at irsales@mightyzap.com.
We can make split shipments to meet urgent demand according to the agreement.

Credit card & Paypal payment are basic payment methods when order.
In case customer prefers bank transfer, please inquire to irsales@mightyzap.com.

For unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice for refund.
Please understand that 15% of restocking fee to be charged for returned items to inspect / repack them.
If customer believes that the product has a manufacturing defect, customer may decide to replace or refund the product after we inspect the returned product.
Please make sure that returned items are shipped prepaid with all related fee (shipping cost, duty, brokerage charge, etc) paid by sender.
Contact us at cs@mightyzap.com before returning the goods to get a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Returned items without RMA number to be rejected.
