    Shipping & Return

    Here are general information for your order and return process.

    [Shipment]

    • We always has sufficient stock of semi-completed products and production to be started upon order.  
    • For small sample orders below 20pcs, we can ship them within a week upon payment.
    • For larger order, you can refer to our standard lead time. 
    • We can discuss detailed information about possible shipping date by e-mail at irsales@mightyzap.com.
    • We can make split shipments to meet urgent demand according to the agreement.

    [Payment]

    • Credit card & Paypal payment are basic payment methods when order.
    • In case customer prefers bank transfer, please inquire to irsales@mightyzap.com.

    [Return & Refund]

    • For unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice for refund. 
    • Please understand that 15% of restocking fee to be charged for returned items to inspect / repack them. 
    • If customer believes that the product has a manufacturing defect, customer may decide to replace or refund the product after we inspect the returned product.
    • Please make sure that returned items are shipped prepaid with all related fee (shipping cost, duty, brokerage charge, etc) paid by sender. 
    • Contact us at cs@mightyzap.com before returning the goods to get a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.  Returned items without RMA number to be rejected.
